What I learned from this Class
My major takeaway from this class is that I learned that I don't hate art as much as I thought I did. To be honest when class started I thought art was a waste of time, more of a past time than a career. I didn't see how art could make any contributions to society, however; my views have since changed. I now understand the impacts that art can have.

Pheeeew! :) Good! Art is socio-political, right?! In that way, artists too are agents of change in communities--and potentially very powerful ones. Good semester, Lauren. :)
